Why else would people come from miles around, just to hear him play his music till the sun go down?
That's a long way to travel.
And anyone who can carry a guitar without embarrassment in a gunny sack, and use the rhythm of trains as a 'jam track' for his playing deserves a little respect.
Especially from all these modern youngsters with their 'CD & Book' guitar learning courses. I'd love to see them play along to a big old locomotive, maybe the 3.47 heading to a little train station down in Loo'siana, close to Noo Orleans.

Absolfrigginlutely, , "he can play a guitar just like ringing a bell." However he has to come out of the woods from among the evergreens first.
