A floppy disk does not get inserted into a hard drive. It is a disk, usually 3 1/2 inches square that you insert into your PC's floppy drive.

Um. Not quite. Hard and floppy are two different things. A floppy disk is a removable item that you can carry around. You insert that thing into a floppy drive. Good luck.

FLOPPY DRIVE IS WHERE THE FLOPPY DISK GOES
HARD DRIVE IS INSIDE THE COMPUTER CASE (you can't see it but its there)
