I try to not lie,I know he loves me and I love him.But i lie soo much and i dunno why.

As soon as you realize you have told a lie, STOP whatever you are doing and immediately tell your BF what you lied about. Tell him you're sorry, but don't make a big deal out of it. Keep doing this, every single time you lie, and you will notice that the time between telling the lie and the time you realized you had lied is getting shorter and shorter. Eventually, you'll be able to stop yourself before you even tell the lie, and then you will know that your problem is gone!

When someone lies, it is really a problem you have, like not facing reality, You can"t even say why you lie. If I ask you will say I do not know. People who lie, cover up things, and they think, they are telling , people what they want to hear. Since you know you have a problem, work on yourself, and think before you speak, and tell the truth. Now if you can"t help yourself, you should seek help!!

Hi My name is Isabeth and this is a pretty big problem if you want to continue to have a relationship with this guy you might want to back track on everything you have told a lie about. If he finds out eventually that you have lied to him about all these things then he will really not ever trust you. If you are afraid to tell him the truth becasue you are afraid that he might not accept you for you and if thats the case then he doesnt deserve you anyways. maybe this will help. try sitting him down and telling him. he will be upset at first but he will evenutally get over it.

The fact that you lie so much could be for only one reason and that you are insecure . Asking yourself why do I lie is like asking why are you sad. You are probably thinking of something else or is afraid to lose it all so keep saying what he wants to hear it's only lying if you get caught..

If you feel the need to lie to him about every little thing, you simply are trying to impress him or keep his attention and affections. You will never feel that you are good enough for him if your entire relationship is full of lies. If you can't stop lying to him you might as well end your relationship now, because it's only going to get ugly when he figures out that you are full of sh!te and that nothing you have shared with him about whom you are was true.

You must be in fear of getting hurt or hurting him. You need to find out what it is that is making you lie. If, he finds out that you lie. It could be over. From, this point on you should should try to tell the truth. It doesn't hurt. I had to do the same thing. I love my man. Ling is the one thing I had to stop if I wanted to keep this man. If, you love him then you should stop ling to him.

Well it depends on why you are lyinga and what you are lying about. But first off...you should never lie, lying doesn't get you anywhere..as you can see you are all confused. Just tell the truth, after all what's the worst that can happen.

You will find yourself ling so much you wont not what is true and what is a lie Then you will start doing this with every one then no one will believe any thing you say.

it's up to you to stop! no one can give you a pill to take no one can give the words to make it happen!
the only thing i can suggest is ever time you tell a lie take something you like eg.. a cd ./ mp3/ movie / book / electronice toys / and throw it away !
soooner or later you'll get sick of thrwoing your stuff away or you'll have nothing left!
or try inflicting pain onto yourself! use a rubber band and snap your wrist with it ever time y ou tell a lie but don;'t be a wuss pull it back and make it hurt or it may not work!
