I think this one a lot of people use but you can say I'm sick because I stayed in the rain too long because I misplace my keys somewhere.... ( the funniest part is that yesterday my older sister was thinking about this question...) Or you can say you have a family emergency like your grandfather is in the hospital.. well hope it work out for you. Also sorry if my answers didn't help you! ~~ peaCe...!~~

I really did have to stay home because of a cat bite, I had to have infusions of anti-biotics, at the hospitol, every 6 hours for 3 days. But the ribbing I got when I got back to work was rough. The recieving dock guys kept meowing at me.

How dare you miss work to go out - it would be so funny if your boss was reading this - or meets you at the place you bunk off to. Anyway ever heard of "being ill" or having to go to the hospital or airport etc...

I went out stayed up too late and am still to drunk to drive..Sorry Boss, I wont do this again...Sometimes the truth is better, well it depends how well your boss likes you !

Just call in sick. Don't be elaborate about it - that's too transparent. Just set your alarm for 6:00 and say you aren't coming in. Simple as that. You are SICK.
