Congratulations! You probably want to start getting books. The best I can recomend are the "What to Expect" books. They are excellent and offer many different views on things. I don't have twins but I'm sure you'll do just fine. The great thing I've heard from people who do have twins is that it's the only thing they knew. They only knew what it was like changing, feeding, and loving two children at once so they didn't mind it. Stay close with your family as you'll need them lots. Best of Luck to you!
For BZZZ:
Here is a site that says how early you can find out you are having twins.

Congratulations on your news! First things first take a nice relaxing bubble bath or get a massage!!!
My sister in law has twins and they are cute as can be. She nursed but I don't know for how Long. It's a personal choice anyway. Get lots of diapers. I really don't think the Costco membership is worth it. I buy Whitecloud diapers from Walmart and get 104 diapers for just under $15.00 so double that and I get 208 for $30. I just don't think paying a $40 membership fee is worth the maybe 2 cents you would "save" at Costco. Do the math before ever getting into one of these scams! But this isn't finance time it's Baby time.
As far as names go, give each one something different not rhyming as mentioned before people in general will always get them confused anyway no need to add to that; and while it's fun sometimes to pretend your each other (if they are the same sex) they need to have something that differentiates them from one another. Good luck!!

If you've got a decent support network and the funds (it's your job to pay for these babies, not your parents') then best of luck to you. However, if you're just going to pass your babies on to them, you're better off giving them to a family that wants and is willing to take car of them. Adoption is a wonderful thing and if you choose open adoption, you can not only choose the family that your babies will go to, but they will help out with the costs of pregnancy too.
Either way, the most important thing to consider is which option will provide the best life for the twins. Your life is no longer about you anymore. It's about them. Think long and hard about this.

Congratulations! You've already had some Great advice from some of these answers. My friend and I had our first's in the same year, she had twins. Two beautiful girls. The only other advice I will give you is, be ready to run in two different directions at once, because alike they may be, but they will still be very Individual! And names, I think, are personal or family names.
Good Luck !!

Congratulations that is wonderful news! I think you need to get on google and search for some twins advice websites so they can tell you what to expect- and i'm sure you will get lots of advice from here. Just make sure to take your folic acid as it's so important for the babies development.
Names is a very personal choice and obviously depends on the babies' sexes- but www.babynames.com is nice site to look at with all sorts of common and very unusual names- plus their meanings
Once again congratulations!

You are one lucky girl then! Twins are gorgeous. You will be so proud of yourself when you have them!
My mum had twins. You pretty much need double of everything.. two cots, double pram, triple load of nappies etc..
but to do with the health part of it you will most likely have a cesarean, i think its just too risky to have both your babies naturally. And breastfeeding, i dont even know if mothers with twins try to breastfeed. I think they just go straight to bottle feeding after the first week or two because its just too hard.
Goodluck to you, i cant wait until my twins arrive!

Congratulations. Read some books, and spend some time with some mothers of twins. You might see if there is a twin group for moms in your area. Enjoy it, don't stress, it will all work out.

As far as the names, don't give them rhyming names...it is not cute, and they usually end up hating it when they are older. If you have a Costco near you, it is worth it to get a card. You can save a lot of money on diapers, formula (If you choose not to breastfeed), wipes, etc. I get my son's diapers there and for the size 1 you can get like 184 diapers for $29.99 (Costco's brand). Also, if you have a Walmart Supercenter near you, they have really cute and cheap baby clothes, and other baby items, and they have layaway!
