you start of like this.
3 pecies of light toasted straun bread
honey mustard on 3 sides.
lettuece of 2 peices for bread
2 tommaoto slices on 2 slices of bread
3 slices of turkey breast sliced o one side
3 slices of ham on the other side
2 pecies of bacon on both sides
And a piece of Montery JAck chesse.

Hot creamy chicken and sweet corn soup with garlic bread (great appetizer), chicken wings with caramel sauce (sweeet), baked potato (i like it lil salty), cabbage and carrot sour salad with mayonnaise (fresh!), tabasco(must have!), cold blackcurrant tea.
In my country, we usually eat 3 - 5 kind of food in every lunch and 4-10 kind of food in our dinner time. :-) I have a thin body shape..so it doesnt matter if i eat much... :-)
