You know there are real bad sinus infections going on around here. Take some aspirin if that doesn't seem to help then get some Sudafed or something sinus medication. If you get real bad and start running a fever and if you're at work you could go home and lay down until you feel better.

I had a really bad, everlasting headache last winter. I dumped the guy I was dating and like magic, the headache went away.
Otherwise, extra strength Tylenol works for me usually.

Luke warm water with a dash of lemon. Alot of water after half an hour.

get some excedrin it works wonders for me.....it will be gone in 15 to 20 mins guarunteed....i use it faithfully

drink some gatorade..no really...the electrolytes rehydrate your body and get rid of headaches....try it.

probably a combo of a good neck/back/head massage, with some advil/asprin whatever/ and a nice hot bath follwed by another massage, and then sleep=)
