For me, it's:
Europe - Greece and Italy
Africa - Egypt, and Africa as a whole because all humans originally come from Africa
The Americas - Central and South America, but the US for modern history (in the 20th century each decade was different)
Asia - China and India, along with the Middle East
I'm not sure about Oceania. And for everyone saying Japan for Asia, keep in mind that although it has a very interesting culture (For me, on of the most interesting), a large portion of their culture is from China.

It really is subjective. If you appreciate the variety of cultures even within the continents themselves, you realize that each culture has so many interesting and profound aspects to it that no culture is more or less interesting. All cultures are beautiful.

I've always been kind of fascinated with the Asian culture and the American Indians. If I had to pick one, I'd have to say the American Indians.
