Just cause you dont get caught, doesnt mean it ok.
But to answer you question. It really easy to track any user of the internet because of your ip.
Now with illegal downloads becomming more and more of an issue for record companies, as time goes on its going to be more likely.
In addition your IP is recorded so its not a question of will you be caught today, but what about tomorrow, the next day and so on.
You deicide if you are safe...

Beside the fact that no-one should be expressing any methods of how to download illegally - you should nevr concider downloading illegal music, only music you pay to download. Also concidering the Police monitor the internet now chances of getting caught are steadly increasing , not to meantion the risks of downloading fake music or viruses.

Not much of a tangible risk, but still a risk. Worse still is uploading stuff to other users, and you are then distributing copyrighted stuff that you have no claim over or right to distribute.
You CAN be tracked down, but is it worth the authority's time and money to chase down all the "little people" who download the odd tune now and then?

positioned merely, in case you probably did not purchase it or have it proficient to you, you won't be able to legally posses it. i understand with videos you supplies you one pal a duplicate legally.. no longer confident with song. Your probabilities of having stuck are rattling close to 0. i imagine human beings get stuck more advantageous from at the same time as they get their computers seized or carry them into places like acceptable purchase to get them mounted.
