How do i get tarnish off of shirt from the beeds that were on it?

If it's really tarnish (and not dye, for example) it will probably wash off. Rub a little of your regular laundry detergent (liquid), or even just some Ivory soap into it before putting it in the washing machine. Pre-treat products like Shout or Spray & Wash would work too.

try oxyclean, but be sure to follow the directions specifically
