On my lastest 360 blog (click my avatar to get there if you want) I rant on Yahoo's choices of headlines - mostly for it's obvious pro-USA slant or total non-news.
I've tried the BBC but they are under fire for setting up the news also.

What is your favorite source for more honest news, all sources will have some bias, I think.

I try to watch or read from several sources and try to infer the truth from all.

Of course, I do not have enough hours in a day to watch every source for every topic, but the Xinua, Aljazeera and BBC are good places to start. You of course must have CNN, BBC and I watch Canadian news sources for an only mildly anti American slant.

And the best single source would have to be the John Stewart and Stephen Colbert TV shows.

Sadly, these comedy shows seem consistently to be the best informed. Intelligent, idealistic with just the right touch of cynicism.

is there really such a thing as an unbiased news source? or a jumbo shrimp? not really. people reporting will always put a little bit of their personal views in an article, whether they intend to or not. how they view the world effects how they report the world's events.

i hav a question for u.. do u really like "unbiased news". isn't biased news the perspective of the ppl itself? of course, the blogs themselves dont' hav great news 'coz i dont think all that is there is factually correct. so, "honest news" is probably useless 'coz it wont be put in a relevant perspective.
