God I hope not! For the last year they've been making another album which I heard is not due till next year and if they've finished making their album they're probably spending time with their families and friends.
What you've heard might just be gossip rumours, they seem like a strong group they did almost broke up when making American Idiot these guys have been friends for like 17- 18 years! I would be heart broken if they did in the near future

No, they're not gonna break up(unfortunantly)..They're in the studio with U2 doing some scottish punk cover or some crap. And outside of that, they'll be in the studio recording stuff for their next(and probably worst) album.
