The living give me so much crap everyday (!!!!)....
Do you think I'd get less 'lip' from the dead?
Is this a good career move for me?

Well think about this: You'll never be without a job. There is no avoiding death. What about a party funeral home. Funeral homes are so dull. Maybe jazz it up so that instead of gloomy and dark and solemn and quiet there could be a celebration of Life in each room.

If you're looking for a catchy name for your new venture, call it, Zippy's Discount Mortuary & Tomb Stones. Otherwise, while you'll likely find the dead offensive in a number of ways, you're right, you'll get less lip. Whether it's a good career move is up to you. Rest in peace.

I think that this is an excellent career move for anyone who is sick of the living. As has been pointed out amply, there is no shortage of corpses. As for names, you could try:
Jack in a box. Jill too. Dead Drop Inn, The Dead Zone, Dead Can't Dance, Bodies On Ice, or Burning Desire for a crematory.

Pays well if you can stand that sort of thing, plus the smells and sights. I was going to do this same career change this time last year. It takes a lot of schooling and apprenticeship time.

Could call it: Either.

Eternities Gate

7' Under (Seven feet Under)

Company catch Fraze: "We go that extra foot to assist your loved ones, in your time of sorrow"

If you don't like dealing with the living, then yes it's a good career move. As far as names:
Stuff your stiff mortuary
(City name) mortuary

i think owning and operating a crematory would be an ideal career move, with cremations on the rise....you could call it "the die and fry" or "the wake and bake", or "the center for the living impaired".....run with it honey!
