In my country, we have summer all year round! So asking me this question, is the most smart thing to do. In my country, everywhere is air-conditioned. With air-con, everyone will be able to stay away from the heat. This increases work efficiency and brightens the mood. so have air-con!

why do you ask this question now that everywhere is getting colder?!... or you are from Australia or somewhere? well, I suggest you taking bath as many times as you can lol or you can buy a good air condition, so you can be cold while at home :-D
