This message appears when using music Launchcast. I click the continue to listen link and am able to listen to music. So I'm not sure what the message means.

it means you have freely listened to a certain amount of songs...after that you have to listen to what they make you listen to and you can't skip songs and all that crap.

That means the station u are trying to listen to has reached their bandwidth limit for the month. They have more listenters than anticipated.

its talking about the skip button. ive done that a coupla times everytime u skip those commercials it counts it.
