How do you know there are no signs of acid reflux. Do you know what the signs are and what to look for, because my 18 month old baby boys doc said the only way he would know is for me to tell him. Spitting up as much as baby drinks, crying , gassy, wont drink, cant sleep. Check nipple on bottle to be sure it isnt coming out too fast, or if it is coming out too slow. Make sure baby is propped up good when you are feeding him, this keeps acids from coming up from stomach. Also, you can buy gas drops over the counter, pharmacist will tell you the dosage. If your baby isnt gaining weight, be concerned. My son had an ultra sound, because the doctor couldnt figure out it was acid reflux. They thought he had some other condition where there was a small hole in the intestines, causing pain when he ate, also causing nutrients to leak out. Thank God it wasnt. One last thing, hold your baby when you give a bottle. Not only is it better for digestion, it helps them bond with you and feel more secure.

Try the doctor browns bottles... they are miracle workers... its a little more pricey but well worth it....
