BODMAS -->
brackets, ?, division, multiply, add , subtract

Even though add appears before subtract, it doesnt matter which order you approach it. The standard is to work from left to right.
5 + 10= 15 - 12 = 3
note both ways turn out the same:
10 - 12 = -2 + 5 = 3

Since there are no multiplications, divisions or brakets in this example, don't worry about bodmas. Whichever order you do the sum in, no matter how you arrange it you will always get 3.
10-12= -2
-2+5=3

or
5+10=15
15-12=3

if there are no parentheses then u just go left to right so 10-12= -2 and -2 + 5= +3. i am sure that's how u do it but i could be wrong since i have no clue what bodmas r

I believe you mean BEDMAS. It stands for the order that you do operations:

B - Brackets
E - Exponents
D - Division
M - Multiplication
A - Addition
S - Subtration

In this case however, the question is in a straight order, so you just do the math from left to right.

10-12=-2
-2+5=3

If you were to put brackets in the question it would look like this:
(10-12)+5 =

I hope this helps.

neither. attempt back. undergo in techniques brackets first, then powers, accompanied by multiplication, then branch, then addition and subtraction. you're in all probability doing stuff interior the incorrect order. No, i'm no longer imparting you with the respond, if I do this it would not help, yet purely stick to the regulations now.
