As long as you don't want to be a psychiatrist, it is totally up to you.
The arts stream will most likely be easiest but if you are interested in the science more then you should go that route.
Either way, you will be a psychologist. It's a psychiatrist who would need to make sure that he/she takes a lot of sciences.

Go with Science. It might mean some harder courses, but it's worth it. Especially when you graduate with a psychology degree and realize how hard it is to get a good paying position in that field. You always have some other experience to fall back on.

Science ofcourse! You must be able to understand the biology, chemisty and physics behind the subject you wish to treat. And being an artist, though recommended for helping you thrive on personal creativity, has little benefit in learning psychology.
