Think about something in your life that you are running away from or avoiding...if you find something then try accepting that because your subconscious is telling you it wants to and your conscious it trying not too.

Also, a good way to track any changes in your dreams is when you wake up in the morning write down in a book all the details you can remember from the dream and date it. At the end of the week look back over and see if you find a trend that can help you discover what you need to accept.

Dreams usually have some meaning as they occur in the mind. When we are asleep we normally all are dreaming although we usually don't remember what we dream.

Since this is a recurring dream it is likely your mind is trying to tell you something. I suspect if you were to give it some serious thought you could come up with a good guess what it means.

If you are otherwise healthy emotionally and phsyically I would not be concerned about at all.

That depends. Do you feel like you can't breath, or like you're going to die? I saw a show on Discovery Channel (or soemthing like that) wehre a man was constantly having dreams similar to yours, and he would always die in the end. NO one could figure out what was wrong with him, no matter how many blood tests (or something of the sort) they did on him. Then someone suggested he try a sleep study to see if he had Sleep Apnea. He did in fact have it, and the reasons for the dreasm in which he died where that when you have Sleep Apnea your breathing passage becomes obscured or restricted (or something like that, whhere it becomes hard to breath) and he coudln't get enough oxygen into his system. I suggest seeing your doctor.

Dont read dream books. Everyones dreams mean different for different people...
For Instance if you dream about snakes it may mean different to someone that has phobias of snakes.
Ask Yourself what it could mean....Are you running away or avoiding something in your life...? Do you feel that your hiding something from someone?
look up Syliva Browne for her dream book....

I just means that you can't get away from your responsibilities they always catch up to you. Take care of whatever you've be putting off (past due bills, research paper, mowing the lawn, etc....) and I bet the dreams change. Good luck.

This is a common dream and it often has to do with escaping responsibility or any sense of fear of failure you may have. To be chased by an animal generally indicates you have not come to terms with your own passion.

Just a guess but you never know.
