hey twinkle ... hi !! Listen to me and listen good !!

1 - You got to know that whatever you decide to do now, it will probably effect you for the rest of your life "emotionally". So if I were you, I won't be too quick in taking my decision about your man.
2 - It all depends how much you are in love with each other ; are you willing to dump him just because he " danced " or " ignored " you, thus your (ego) got hurt, and your remedy to that is to destroy a complete relationship ??? Unless he done it before, and on several occasions, that is a different story !!!
3 - has he ever cheated on you ? or was a "mistrust" between you two ? if yes then you have all the right to suspect, if not then I,am sorry to say that you are making a big mistake.
4 - (which is the most important) you should have more confidence in yourself girl !! Common !! OK he danced with BITCHY girls and ignored you - for a while - SO WHAT ??? I can tell you something about US men : mostly we like the confident girl, and we love her to give us a headache !!! Not too much though, otherwise it will be a " turn - off " !!! get it ??? LOL !!!
5 - One more thing : when you want to take your decision, BE ALONE !! Don't let any of your friends F/M to be with you, it is your decision and yours only, regarding one of the most important persons in your life.

P.S : My modest opinion : one more chance won't hurt !!

Best of luck to you !!

I think whatever took place on that day was being encouraged more by your boyfriend and not by these girls.Your boyfriend should have taken a grip on himself by ensuring that he was with you most of the time.I wouldn't begrudge him of dancing with the girls but he should have sobered up to realise that the two of you had come to this wedding to enjoy and not to bore each other.
Your boyfriend lacked maturity and you should point this out to him that whenever you go out, you come first and not other people.Imagine if it was you dancing with boys from your former primary school; he would have confronted you on the spot.Another thing is that in future you should be confident enough to ensure your partner has eyes for you only.
People will always behave in a way advantageous to them so you have to be geared for whatever action which may arise. The girls' action was just a spontaneous response in seeing a long time friend and in life such behaviour happens. They were happy and so was your boyfriend but he just blew it by continuing to entertain them instead of you.As I said before, sort it out with your boyfriend as he is the one who needs restraining.

What's a "minger"? It's harmless enough if he just flirted a little bit, but when it didn't let up, you should have spoken up and told him that if he was at the wedding with you, then he needed to be by your side. And it's okay to tell him to stay away from the wenches if it bothered you.

trench coat mafia NO JUST KIDDING, grab him by the ear and lay out a bit of the law first of all, he, like most of us was likely enjoying himself and had NO IDEA of the female politics game he was being used as a pawn in. Do not guilt trip him but make sure he knows when to come to heel. Why didn't you just interupt those girls by cutting in and taking all the dances you want. He is your boyfriend right. He would never have even realized that you were just dancing to mark your territory. He would have just thought you wanted to dance with him as well, and likely at sometime would have been happy for a chance to be able to sit for a minute.

Girl if I was with a guy that carried on like that id bloody kill him regardless of whether he was drunk or not - he went with YOU therefore he's supposed to dance with YOU. As for them being bitches to you - he should have taken your side - by doing what he did he only made you look foolish and that he was condoning what they were doing.
Before the next wedding Id have a chat with him and explain how hurt and embarrassed you were with his behaviour at the last wedding and that you'd appreciate if he could not repeat the same performance.
Explain that you were offended by these women and their carry on and that if hes not gona fight your corner, then you'd prefer if hed stay at home.
Give him the ultimatium- he deserves it.

If you expect people to do things the way you want them to you have to give them guidelines. I f they stray from the guidelines you either challenge them for doing it or move on.

What I am saying is you have to talk to yor boyfriend about it so he knows how you feel. It should not happen again, if it does then he obviously does not think enough of you to care and it is probably not worth persueing the relationship.

You can probably do little about your old school friends. If they are as bad as you say they are it sounds like a bit of jealousy with rat pack high spirits, probably did their down trodden egos the world of good for the short while he entertained it.

Talk to each other

If he's gorgeous, take it as a compliment. Who did he go home with? Sometimes it's difficult to turn a lady down for a dance at a social event, maybe he was just trying to be a gentlemen towards them.

Whether they were mingers or not, they are not the problem. If he treats you like that, give him the Spanish archer.

It's the behavior of self-centered, selfish, hateful people.
They may be jealous of you & are possibly afraid they'd lose out to YOU, concerning winning the guy.
They may see you as beautiful & feel afraid he'll come after you, instead of one of them... or... they may think he's the most handsome guy in the world & want to make sure one of them (in their little group) gets him.
They may even have gone to the extreme, of making sure to say something bad about you to him, to turn him against you... then hateful to you in order to back you off (away from them/him) even further.
You could ask the guy point-blank, why he ignored you... you'll never know unless you do something about it... you'd always be wondering about it.
You need closure... don't carry it into your future.... it can eat away at you.
