Probably the easiest way to do this would be with a solar still. You might want to modify the basic design of the still so that you would not lose most of the wastewater to the ground. Try using something like a large, flat container (a kids' wading pool) and a sheet of plastic big enough to cover it. If you can get plastic bags large enough, that would be ideal. Let the condensation from inside the bag trickle down to a point where you can collect it. What you are making is distilled water. The soap and all other products which can be left behind will be left behind, and will have to be cleaned out periodically. Note that this will not remove alcohol from wastewater. For that you would be better off using a freezing process. Also, this works slowly. If you have a plentiful supply of fuel, you can use a regular still that will produce distilled water faster, but this will be energy intensive. Good luck!

You can load the soapy water with hard minerals like calcium and iron, then filter off the precipitate. This will get most of the soap out, leaving the water good enough for cleaning, but not drinking.
