From the beginning, underground explorers doubted that they would ever find the end of Kentucky's Mammoth Cave. Currently weighing in at 350 miles long and 379 feet deep, Mammoth Cave is known as the longest cave in the world—the Ukrainian cave Optimisticeskaya comes in a distant second at just a quarter of Mammoth's length—and exploration continues on today.

I'm pretty sure it's Mammoth Cave - they keep discovering new tunnels all the time. Go to a caving site, or to the National Parks site for Mammoth Cave and check it out.

Everyone is saying Mammoth, but I always thought it was Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico. I was told that it stretched all the way to Colorado! I could be wrong, but....nawwww, I'm not wrong.
Update: OK, I'm wrong, it's Mammoth Cave in Kentucky.
