If he was Jewish, my money is on yes. This isn't officially documented anywhere (the only secular documentation of Jesus was the mention of a man by that name being crucified around the time that matches the Bible, and there isn't anything in the [very edited] Bible about a wife), but it would be very unusual for a Jewish man, at that time, to be unmarried by the time he was 20, much less by the time he was 33.

In 2000 + years, it is hard to know what is true
and what is only tradition.
Mary Magdalene was certainly a person, close to Jesus.
She suffered and mourned his death ,
as much as his mother did , according to the gospels .
I could not say, whether they were married or not . .
Or if He ,turned water into wine .
It would be good to think that ,
He had some happiness, in his short life
