You're supposed to go to the section of Yahoo! and usually they will try to answer your question if it's legit.

I've asked questions about IM problems, toolbar problems, chat problems, and groups problems, and always get a form letter back, that tells me absolutely nothing. When my questions are deleted, I get a form letter telling me absolutely nothing, then when I respond to the link for questions, I get a form letter telling me absolutely nothing. I've come to the conclusion that the Yahoo staff consists of one guy sitting at a monitor eating nachos and cheese and drinking a Pepsi and laughing like a Hyena at all the letters that he has to click one button to answer. I should have such an easy job!

I don't think it's possible.
I got a violation notice from them saying that my answer was neither a question or an answer.
I wrote them back and pretty much reiterated the whole question and answer, and asked how what I said could NOT be an answer?
And no, I never heard back from them.

I had a problem with my messenger and none of the troubleshooting tips were any help. There was an option to state your problem and I did. That was like 2 weeks ago and I still haven't got any response.

why do you prefer the Yahoo! Answers Staff to respond your questions than normal people like us? =P

All I got was a generic letter where they just put my name in it. It was vague and didn't answer anything. I hate canned responses. I wish someone would get off their lazy asses and answer me. Sons of bitches.

they do reply, truly they do, but its just a form letter, no substance to it at all, which is worse than no answerer at all
