Trust and safely issues. You're not faulting anyone for taking that into consideration, are you?

You have set a standard for yourself by doing something wrong and people are afraid that if they hire you, you will flip out or steal from them. Not to worry. Once you get a couple of jobs under your belt and a couple of good references, you'll be good to go.

I'd hire an ex-con if he had a good work history and great references. It also depends on the offense. The employers might just be anal and closed-minded.

Illegal immigrants get jobs. I'm sure that you can too.

Well, ex-offender or not, it is not easy to get a good job.

It takes a bit of faith and patience to get that job. Good luck.

One can spell, one can't. Hmmm?

Ex-offender.
