Sorry. Seriously though. Titanic, yes. King Kong? Trust me the buzz will fade. And although I have to admit that Batman Begins WAS the very best Batman movie ever made (simply by being the only one that wasn't downright laughable) that buzz will also fade.
Keep in mind you said 'favorite movies of all time'. Think back... i'm sure there are other better ones. (Have u never seen The Fifth Element? :-P)

Titanic 9/10 - excellent story and special effects
King Kong 8/10 - great movie once Kong made his appearance
World Trade Center - haven't seen it yet
Batman Begins 7/10 - best of the Batman movies by far
Team America 1/10 - I saw the unrated version - it was disgusting
