Hi all i just handed in just about the worst kind of work i could have for an assignment and now i feel that i have let peoples expectations down not to mention i am totally scared that i might fail...any advises

Well if you fail you might be able to resubmit your assignment. Don't worry about letting down other people's expectations, just make sure you don't let yourself down too often.

Learn from it. Did you spend too much time on fun and not enough on work, or did you overload your wagon? You can't change yesterday, just tomorrow.

What is done is done. If you did your best, that is all that matters. Never try to live up to others expectations, you never can. Never beat yourself up if you did your best and failed. It is not life or death. Failure is not so bad. We all fail at things and it makes us better. Finally, most likely you did not do as bad as you think you did. Try to just enjoy life. 10 years from now it will not really matter. Deep breathe and relax.

Speak to your instructor right away to find out if there is anything that you can do to increase your grade or simply pass the class. That is the best thing to do trust me call your instructor right away.
