Are you kidding! Al Gore is the man! You don't think so. The little twit appeared before a Congressional Committee investigating Clinton and Gore giving computer technology to the Chinese for campaign contributions to the Democratic Party (remember that). Well, Al took the fifth and did not testify. Then the people of the US almost elect him president. Who cares if he would have been a would-be felon.
So don't worry about Gore it's all those people that voted for him are the ones emitting the gases.
