Don't you just love public holidays. The long weekend is here. Please note that question has been asked in the South African section so obviously it is aimed at those in South Africa. Unless your country has a public holiday on monday... what is it?

Unfortunately I'll be teaching tomorrow and on Monday. No long weekend for me. But I hope you enjoy yours.
I will be having a loooooooooooooonggggggg weekend next week, because the Koreans will have their Chusok weekend. But they celebrate a week long. That means 6 days of lazing about for me. I'll be going shopping for groceries, taking the kids to the zoo (it's free), eating out every single day (it's right after pay day), watching movies (either on video or at the theater) and getting jiggy with the wife!

I'm from South Africa originally but now that I'm in the good ol' US of A, there's no long weekend here =( Have some fun for me please!!

No public holiday for me but I am glad it is Friday anyway. I will be horseback riding and fun stuff like house cleaning and grocery shopping.
