John has a girlfriend but he does not have kids. John has said that he does not want kids at this point in his career because he is always away from home and wants to be there for them.

no he doesn't have kids, he doesn't want them either, especially not in this stage of his life/career. from what i know he doesn't have a steady girlfriend. he was with a girl named liz for like 6 years, but they broke off their engagement. imdb website says that he has a spouse named elizabeth cena but imdb is not a credible source, i have found a lot of misinformation on that site! it says they got married in 2004, but i believe that may be closer to the time that they broke up. if he does find someone..be happy for him, don't be like the girl who said she'd die. life goes on...chances are it wasn't going to be you anyway. and i've seen the pics of liz she is beautful.
