it all depends on the music program/software your mp3 player uses. example, Itunes is for ipod.

either by a usb cable, by bluetooth or infer red either way you need to have the software that came with the mp3 player instaled on your computer

Many of them allow drag'n'drop to move files.
iTunes is not quite as friendly.

1st of all , learn english properly u illiterate , peoples like u r destroying our earth, & don't do it, it'll corrupt ur mp3 player, just find some help on it,& mention it's brand name,model, then only v can help u bcoz in market there r 157 models r coming.
