I never wish injuries on any players, but I certainly wouldn't mind seeing Palmer knocked out again. As well as seeing Chad Johnson knocked out by Polamalu.

The way Pittsburgh played last week, I would never take them against Cincy this week. The Steelers have to show me an offense before I'd put money on them.

Being a Steelers fan, I want them to win BUT there are alot of factors that make me feel that they might not. First, we have no idea how much 'rust' Ben has shaken off from the Jags game plus with Polamalu's shoulder still hurting that could prevent a major problem with trying to stuff the run. The Bengals are clicking good but they have done it against a mediocre team (Chiefs) and a bottom feeder team (Browns) whereas we have played Miami (who, in hindsight, isn't as good as we all thought) and a hard nose team in the Jags. I don't think that Ben should have started last week but I know why Cowher did it; personally Batch couldn't have done any worse and he may have had a little more mobility than Ben showed due to his appendectomy. The thing that gets me is that IF the Bengals do beat us, all we will hear is how that's the way it would have been in the playoffs if Palmer wasn't out but that isn't totally true. First of all, we lost Randle El and Bettis (two huge factors) and the Bengals running game is actually starting to be used a lot more which, if we can't stop it-it is going to be a long day. The one thing that is the X factor is that the Steelers know that they cannot go into the bye week 1-2 while the Bengals go 3-0 and that may be enough for them to pull out a win although not by much. Steelers 17 Bengals 6.
The Bengals are nicked up. The Steeler defence is still a formitable force. Ben will be fine. He's got one game under his belt and continues to heal.

the Bengals....the Steelers aren't the same team that won the SuperBowl last year. They'll still probably finish over .500 this year and may make the playoffs. But the Bengals are on the rise, as long as Palmer stays healthy, they will go far.

Steelers. That's a tough one for me, because being a Browns fan, I hate them both. And yes, I would love to see Johnson knocked out! Did you see that hit he took in the Browns/Bengals game last week? I loved it!!!! It made the loss more bearable! LOL!

I think the Steelers once again beat the Bengals.

Bengals will win, Ben will still be rusty and afraid of getting hit again and if you watched Polamalu last Monday night he is hurting also, it's his right arm, I don't think he even made one tackle in that game, he was shying away from contact when I watched him, also you don't have a running game anymore since Bettis left. I think all you can do this year is dream about last year.

i think the steelers are going to win, ben was rusty last week, and he had a fever, he was coming off of a motorcycle accident, and an appendectomy, give the guy a little break. ben will be more efficient this week, and remember, they still have a great defense. they only allowed jacksonville 9 points. expect bltzing all night, and look for them to go after palmer, and try to make him loose his rhythm.
