duh...Dracula. Dracula would turn into smoke and fly up to gozilla's back and just stand there and laugh at him. Dracula can control cobras.

since when did godzilla wear shoes anyways?
I would think Godzilla, not to say that Dracula is a woose, but if you think how thick the skin would be on Godzilla to begin with, to hold in the pressure of the weight of his body on his feet, I don't think dracula fangs would be long enough, and I think that Zilla would just grab him and hold him around untill the daytime.

if dracula turned into a bat, he could fly around godzilla like a annoying fly and then godzilla will collapse from exhaustion trying to swat of the batfly or flybat and then dracula will win!

I don't know if anybody would ever win, but I'm pretty sure that Dracula would be very unhappy. Getting hit with Godzilla's firebreath would seriously hurt.
