Worst? Sunday because you are dreadfully anticipating being forced back to work the next day. The weekend is over. So sad. The best day is Thursday because you know the next day is Friday!!

To most people , their best day is Friday and their worst is Monday.
Friday being the last normal working day and the weekly paid will be having money hence everyone will be in a euphoric mood for the onset of the weekend.Monday is the beginning of a new working week thus with the previous break still in their minds, noone will be happy to get back to work.
Given the choice,I think most people would opt not to work as long as they can find a way to make easy money.Realistically, all days can be good or bad depending on how you interact with those you encounter.Whatever happens on the day in question will depend on fate as plans at times are interfered with by forces beyond our control.

Wednesday best and worst. Worst as the previous weekend was 2 days ago and the next weekend is two days away but the best as the weekend was only two days ago and the next one is just two days away.

Thursday is the best as you know the weeks drawing to a close and Friday is the worse because you realise you only have two days off before you start all over again.
