I'm curious how soon you have conceived after going off the patch. I went off three days before ovulation and had intercourse with my husband during those (fertile) days. Could I be pregnant? Has this happened to anyone else?

I wanted to add that I exceed the weight limit for the patch which makes it less effective. Would this factor in as well?

You can get pregnant while ON the patch. Nothing is 100%. If you took the patch off 3 days prior to ovulating and then had intercourse then the chances are good for pregnancy. Best thing is to do a pregnancy test.

O YEA, I GOT PREGNANT WHILE ON THE PATCH, So yes you could be most definetly, if not this mth then I think it will be soon. To me that patch does not work that well in the first place and then when you are over the weight limit then that makes the chances even better. Goodluck

The high levels of hormones in Ortho Evra would make it not likely that you would get pregnant so soon. I would really wait after getting off the patch to get pregnant. The levels of hormone are dangerously high. I was on the patch for a few years. My doctor wanted me to get off it after the new warnings came out about the high levels of hormone, and once I got off the patch, I found out how adversely the patch was affecting me. It was causing me to have bouts of depression, weight gain, leg numbness, and exhaustion. All of which ceased once I took that patch off for good. It's a dangerous product, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. And I would seriously recommend giving your body time to have your hormone levels normalize before getting pregnant. Wait at least 2 months.
Good luck.

You could be. I have heard of people becoming pregnant while using birth control, and have heard of women becoming pregnant like the second they stop. I think it would be best to get an early pregnancy test and see what it says! =) best of luck!

You chances of being pregnant are slim. It usually takes longer than three days for the medicine to fully get out of your system.
