ok, iam one week late with my period. i have been feeling this throbbing pain in my vagina that makes me uncomfortable. does anyone know what it could be. thanks

It could be a blood clot or it could be endometriosis, which is the lining of your uterus getting so thick that it won't come off and you don't have a period. Or it could be stress. You need to go to the doctor.

Probably you have an infection in the vagina . Quite many reasons can cause these symptoms and your question does not explain anything except delayed period of 7 days, but that should not cause these. Better have a check up with your gynae and confirm the actual reason!!

From my experience, this is normal cramps. I get to feeling the same way. Sometime the pain is so bad. If it is too bad...go see your doctor or try heat on your lower belly with some tylenol or pain relieving med.

It could be anything from a pelvic infection to a ruptured cyst or dozens of other problems,you need to be seen by a qualified Gynecologist for assessment and proper care!
