Think for life is wrong. I guess she must be joking.
It goes something like this. "No estas Gorda, estas rellenita, pero eres la mujer de mi sueños!"
I left the "just about" out, because just about means the same as saying "almost." I don't know if a girl wants to hear that she's "just about" or "almost," the girl of your dreams. Either she is or she's not! I hope that helped.

but... I'll recommend you not to say the part about the voluptuous, cause you contradict yourself... not fat but voluptuous??? It's almost the same. Better just say...
