Unfortunately, this is part of the last few weeks of pregnancy. As long as blood pressure is good, and you are not expereincing severe swelling, keeping your feet up, wearing support stockings, and avoiding tight maternity clothes are about the most you can do. Make sure you are avoiding salty foods and diueretic type foods- soda, caffienated bevarages, canned vegetables (they have massive salt unless they are marked low salt or salt free) and drink good amount of water. Dont drink too much- just the normal 6-8 glasses a day.
Once you have the baby, within a few days, you will lose alot of water weight, and the swelling will disappear. Give your body a chance to recover from pregnancy and delivery. I was upset abouot it when I was pregnant- after my first daughter was born, I was so busy, I forgot for a day or two, and then just noticed it wasnt as bad, and a few days later... gone.
Good luck and congratulations.

I wouldnt subject - your very pregnant good now. Swelling is widely used. Preeclampsia/eclampsia swelling is amazingly distinctive than widely used swelling....(i grew to become into preeclampsic & eclampsic) in fact, you are able to no longer placed on a bracelet because of the fact your palms are so swollen, your ankles are greater suitable than your calves. The tingly & numbness is likewise widely used. one element being pregnant does is advance carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, issues like this. It has something to do with the hormones - yet its been 5yrs and that i dont bear in strategies precisely why. yet I had the tingling, the numbness in my feet & my carpal tunnel have been given extremely extremely undesirable. alongside with the swelling I had probs protecting a pen. Dont subject, your advantageous. Ask your rfile & i'm constructive he make it easier to know the comparable.
