I am having problems. I was wondering if you could help me figure it out??? First of all, my daughter...5 years old.. She is absolutely beautiful but her attitude is causing problems. It is unreal how much a child tries to act like an adult!! And then there is my son... TEENAGERS today!!! The way he dresses, the way he talks, the music he listens to. He makes me feel old. The other day, he was walking out of the house with a wierd looking thing on his head. I said, "interesting hat you have on... What is that???" It was a stupid visor turned upside down. And then the music...Since when did a bunch of screaming become Rock-N-Roll??? That is not talent. Makes me miss the old days of "well it's one for the money, two for the show" and Elvis telling people, "don't step on my blue suede shoes." My husband told me to just let it all go.. He says both the kids will outgrow these phases. Just to satisfy his ego, I told him, "I'll bet your right." but I don't think he is.....What do you think???

When rock n roll hit the music scene with songs with words like "one for the money, two for the show and don't step on my blue suede shoes", mothers all over the world were horrified at the window dressing. The hats, the attitudes of freedom she thought were taking her children down a road of the devil, and so much more body movements! What a time it was to introduce something that has survived the test of time!

I love to sing well its one for the money, two for the show but I have trouble with having to sing don't step on my blue sude shoes. I feel like rock n' roll most of the time. I was at a gig last week & a lady had an interesting hat on. My mate said I bet your right when you said she was single as her attitude is causing problems at the bar & now the bouncers want her out.......

Elvis walked into the building, and looked at the monkey at the bar.
The monkey looked at him and said, " interesting hat you have on".
"Dont step on my blue suede shoes", he commented to the monkey.
Just then a beautiful woman walked passed them. "Rock and Roll", Elvis said. The woman looked at Elvis and laughed. She then walked away. The monkey said, " her attitude is causing the problems". Elvis turned and said, "Ill bet your right". Just then the woman dropped a couple of bills on the ground, as she bent over her top burst open. Elvis slapped the monkey's hand and said, "Well its one for the money and two for the show!"
