no, mp3 player have nothing to do with radiations.
radiation is an energy that is product in the form of waves.
fore example: sun light; light bulb.
so again radiation and mp3 player have nothing to do with each other. mp3 player is a device that play music and radiation is an energy that is product in the form of waves.
P.S. you should have known that in science class. where have you been??

There is nothing like radiations with mp3 players, it is not a satellite device which receives or sends signals. But one thing is that it may harm your memory when you hear it too much.....

Radiation...i would say no, if you are thinking of cell phones (which is more or less a myth) it's different because of the battery used in cell phones.
