I've made "kleenex" angels-- cotton ball in the center of the kleenex-- turn the kleenex over- keep cotton ball in center and bunch the kleenex under the ball-- wind with thread ( now a neck)-- fluff the "skirt" and that's it-a thread to hang-- - except for marker and eyes and mouth--going forward-- do the same with a handkerchief-- and sew on the button--
We made some larger ones out of white trash bags and wadded up paper for the head-- hung them on the branches of my trees-- as Holloween approached we got rain-- and leaf fall and wind-- they danced in the wind-- neat.
