You really should take the items to a alterations place unless you happen to be really good with needle and thread and have a sewing machine. Because if you want them to look natural then the alterations place would be better. Hope this helps.

You just have to take material out of the sides and possibly some length out of the shoulders.

If you don't know how to sew then you have to have them altered by someone who does.
