My daddy just bought me a townhouse in the city...and I hate the granite countertops. They are like the cheap granite.
And the marble floors are too hard. plus there is no garage and I cant leave my BMW out in the rain.I dont really like the house that much and i just dont have the heart to tell him.
What should i do?

Explain it to him and tell him town houses ar enot for you and yuo want to sell and buy a house with parking .
Expalin th evalues of owning a home with parking, the value in the future, plus the future opportunity of adding to it for more value if you resale.
If he love syou enough to buy yuo a townhouse he'll love you enough to not get upset with yuor not liking it, He really should have checked with you first before spending that kind of money.

Here are some suggested comments.

1 Get a job and buy your own house
2 Sell your car and ride the bus - I'm sure the new owner will
have a garage for the BMW
3 Buy rugs for the floor
4 Replace your granite counter tops with formica
5 Quit wasting everyones time with your whinning
6 Tell your Dad the truth that you are spoiled and really don't
deserve any gifts from him or anyone else.

the list could go on and on but I think you get the idea.

Oh woe is me, my manolo blahniks are too tight & my finger is sore from my 10 carat diamond.

Life is tough for some!

Sounds like you are a very lucky, spoiled girl. Appreciate what you have! Some of us will never afford granite countertops & marble floors. Much less driving a Beemer.

I bought a house by myself with my own money. I'm very proud of it & I love it. Maybe you would appreciate it more if you worked for it instead of having it handed to you. By the way I drive a Hyundai which I also purchased with my own money.

I guess it must be nice to have everything handed to you on a silver platter. I wouldn't know because my parents were poor. But I made them proud by doing well in school, going to university & getting a good job.

Good luck Paris Hilton wannabe...

Well what a problem to have. Can you have a garage built onto it for your car or maybe a carport or use a car cover, until one day further down the track you may be able to sell the townhouse and buy one that is more suitable for you. I know your dads heart was in the right place.but you are the one who has to live there and he should have ran it past you in the first place.

Oh dear, it's a hard life! :'-(

I'm having the same sort of dilemma, this morning my butler, O'Reilly, only toasted my bread for a minute and a half, so i sacked him, my dear old papa said that it was uncalled for and as a result he has taken away half my weekly allowance and suspended me from using the yacht and my chauffeur driven stretched limousine this weekend!!! I ask you, how am i supposed to live on just £3000 and drive myself around??? :'-(

You could always get a job and purchase your own home.

Or, shut the f*ck up and be glad you have a roof over your head.

If it's really bad, maybe you should just end it all.
