Having no government is called anarchy. However the word is generally also meant in a derogatory way, not justified by the idea. I doubt that it has ever been tried out so we really don't know.
I suspect that some bully would come along and try to run things. However that is not really much different to know, as we have no control,over the government doing what it wants.

For one thing it could never happen. People would instantly form a new government if the old one ceased. Without some form of government, you would have total chaos. Do you want to live in a world of total chaos?

It would be horrible. We would not be able to function as a society and things would greatly go down hill. We need some type of "boss" to keep things moving, whether it be in the right direction or not.

Chaotic.
There will be crimes but no law and orders, the neighbors will invade your country or at least try to exploitate because you do not have power, and when you are out of food or get sick, there will be not much help.
