What fun things can we do on a Caribbean cruise? We leave for the cruise in 2 weeks and this is our first time? What all events as far as water sports, entertainment shows, dinners, shopping, and thing else we can do?

I just did a Carribbean cruise in July. There is NOTHING you can not do. There are excursions..you can parasail, undersea diving, swim with dolphins, rock climb. You will have a SUPER time on and off the boat. Hopefully your going shopping in the Bahama's (very cheap) .take advantage. take in some shows and karoke. It will be a blast. I took my son for graduating from high school and it was his first time and he already wants to go on another cruise next year. We sailed with Royal Carribbean on the Majesty of the Seas boat. Have a blast!

My mother is visiting, and she loved her cruises. She says everything is there, para-sailing, jet-skiing, swimming with stingrays.
On board entertainment, similar to Vegas acts. Shopping on the ship, and on your ports. There are contests you can participate or watch during the days. The food is 'out of this world'--you can eat anything all the time, for free. But she warns you of the tips, if you drink on board much, maybe $35 a day in tips.
You should receive and itinerary, including side trips *(at your own expense) when you arrive.

i just came back last friday from a royal caribbean. it was so
much fun i can't wait to go again. you can plan excursions when the ship docks. water sports or tours. whatever you like.
you pay for each seperately. you have dinner with a group every night and that was nice making friends. you have a nice room and you can dance and eat all you want. have fun!

I'm jealous. Yes, there are all those things you mentioned but the best event for me, if I was you, would be the time with my man.
