Does anyone know where the phrase "one more time with feeling comes from"?

I hear this phrase everywhere and, I thought it might come from a Blink 182 song I heard it in, but I guess it's too well-known for that.

I'm not sure where it originated, exactly, but I'm sure it's some sort of director's phrase... like when the actors are rehearsing and the director wants them to put more emotion into it...

"One more time... with feeling!"
