**Please, don't answer "water weasel" and give me a link to the same site.**

Do any of you guys remember playing with these? "A kid's toy. It's made of a special rubber in a shape [tube] like an elongated cheerio. It's full of water, and sometimes come with glitter or little creatures in them. They slip out of your hands as they turn inside out over and over again."

I want to buy a cheap one - we used to get them at the dollar store for one or two bucks - but they aren't actually called "water weasels", I don't think. 10 points to whoever leads me to the identity of this mystery toy!

I have no idea the "real" name of this toy, but I know just about every fair and festival that I have ever been to has them, usually in the tent where all the glow in the dark, cheap gumball type machine stuff is.
