The Government. Humm, it is a tough subject to talk of. In one aspect ppl don't like it. In another way they do. I have to say I respect it because it is a part of our country. Yeah sure I don't like some things that the government does. It is slow here or not even in other places. The government is made up of ppl and ppl make mistakes. I understand that and as a christian I must forgive those mistakes. So I say God Bless the Government, they gave my husband a job.

Government means stupid money wasting decisions. Our Congress and Senate waste money on idiotic things like bridges to nowhere, relocating railroad tracks because they are too close to a Senators house (to the tune of $700 million) and giving money to the ACLU, an organization hell bent on destroying the country. Those are just 3 of the many useless things we fund. The money needs to be spent on national defense and research to get us off of foreign oil. Government = stupidity!

I say it's time to throw everyone in Washington out on the street and start over. Another thing, why should congressmen and senators get a lifetime retirement for doing an elected job? That is the biggest scam going!

A "governing" body above the people that are expected to make the right decisions or at least make things better.

It helps us because i personally wouldnt want..."Joe Blow" determining how i live my life.

However some forms of government are not so great, communism for instance.

I respect it, don't trust it. The majority of politicians are very egotisical and only care about what's good for themselves.

Our society in the USA was founded as a democracy. By the people, for the people. Unfortunately it has become convoluted. Those that get elected forget who elected them, take advantage of the population, tax and spend. Big government is one of our largest employers.

Something that sits on us. It operates on the legalist system, the belief that all man are born evil (not equal!) and need the state to control them.
