Install Ccleaner and it would do things automatically. It will clear your history file on a regular basis.

Click on "Tools", "Internet Options", then hit "Clear History". You might also want to delete cookies and temporary files as well while you're in that box.

go to tools menu in the internet explorer window.then go to internet option then click on the clear history option.
