Don't listen to the fool who basically poisons his rabbit. He's got a lucky case at best.
Rabbits have very sensitive digestive systems, and anything that is too high in calories, low in vitamins, and has processed or refined sugars OR flour in it can be VERY harmful to your rabbit. Avoid anything that's man-made like that, as I've seen rabbits dead because someone decided they wanted to give it a cheerio. Their bodies aren't made for that kind of stuff, and hindgut fermentation is a tricky thing. It's best to cut those out of the bunny's diet, if only because it might end up gaining unhealthy amounts of weight even if the bunny can digest them.
Rabbit treats should be something a little bit better for them... You can feed your rabbit small amounts of chopped-up fruit for a treat, which I've found they absolutely love. In the meantime keep the bunny's diet to pellets, at least three kinds of fresh vegetables daily (especially dark, leafy greens), and as much timothy hay and water as your rabbit could ever want.
Again, DO NOT LISTEN TO THE IDEA THAT YOU CAN FEED YOUR RABBIT ANYTHING. That could wind you up with a VERY UNHEALTHY OR DEAD RABBIT. I can't stress that enough.

We have had house rabbits for over 6 years now. Our first two, a white lop called Mixie and a grey rabbit called Matosis, we into everything. Matosis died of old age at the age of 9 years old, and Mixie sadly died younger due to useless vets here in France. Mixie was very naughty, and cheeky. If we were eating our dinner, he'd jump over and try and pinch what was on our plates. My husband had much fun chasing him all over the house, with a piece of spahettii hanging from his mouth, or when he stole my husbands bread roll, or his vegetarian cornish pastie. Mixie's fav thing was a little bit of cheese, or baked beans, when he'd finish his beans he'd look up and the bottom inch of his ears was covered in baked bean juice.
On a serious note, rabbits do have a very sensitvie tummy. It doesn't take a lot too upset it. If after feeding them anything "human" kee and eye out at his poo's. If they are getting too soft then stop, if they get runny go to the vet. Do not mix up their poo's with the pellet (pass this out as a big lump of poo, and eat it later!)
I would say the odd treat if they are eating a well balanced meal will be fine, you may even get a lick from your rabbit as a thank you!! Mixie was always licking. God rest his little soul!!
Enjoy your rabbits, if you want more help or need to ask anymore questions, do a google search for the House Rabbit Association, They are really helpful, and friendly.
Long live the rabbit!!!!

Hi Blondie,
Rich Tea biscuits are great for rabbits' teeth, but only in moderation, don't give them a whole one at a time!

Don't listen to any of the do-gooders. I've given my dwarf rabbit choc-chip cookies, bourbons, digestives, toast, hob-nobs and a whole host of other things. (Bourbons are her favourite though!)
She's now over 7 years old and fit as a fiddle!
